This research was the brand's second foray into the student demographic across Canada. Calgary and Kelowna joined 15 new questions as part of the 2024 iteration. We are incredibly grateful for the support of Aled ab Iorwerth, Deputy Chief Economist at CMHC, who wrote the foreword for this report.

This research was the brand's first look at how students across Canada make housing decisions. The survey was made up of ten general questions and five market-specific questions, designed to unpack challenges facing each city to provide the most relevant insights to local decision-makers.​
